Title: 4030: Italy Field Marketing (Marketing Senior Analyst)

Job Summary:

Reporting to the ICEG Marketing Lead, the Field Marketing Senior Analyst will help develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote Microsoft products and services to prospective clients.

This role supports various programs aligned with Marketing priorities:

  • Elevate and strengthen our brand positioning
  • Support direct growth through demand generation campaigns in the Mid-market
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences to clients and prospects
  • Activate Microsoft as a channel

Responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns and events, building relationships with sales teams, and participating actively in the ICEG Marketing team to achieve KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign & Event Support:
    • Assist regional marketing managers with campaign execution
    • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events
    • Collaborate with regional sales teams
    • Support production of customer evidence, case studies, and references
    • Provide insights into target buyer data to optimize campaigns
  • Marketing Lead Management:
    • Utilize dashboards to monitor lead engagement
    • Manage inbound marketing leads
    • Maintain CRM records
    • Train sales teams on lead management
    • Report on lead generation performance
  • Marketing Operations:
    • Track POs and budgets
    • Report on marketing performance
    • Liaise with vendors for events and programs
    • Use marketing tools and automation platforms
    • Manage direct mail platforms and stock inventory
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
