What impact will you make?

We are looking for a senior consultant to join Deloitte NextHub's Finance Transformation team in Bari, working in a hybrid mode. The Finance Transformation business supports clients in identifying solutions and models to improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality, leveraging new technologies.

You will assist the CEO and top management, as well as other teams across locations, in managing financial performance and implementing solutions and applications supporting Finance, Administration, and Control functions for major national and multinational companies, using partnerships with leading software providers (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion EPM, Tagetik, Board, Qlik).

Your Role

• Proactively interpret colleagues' and clients' needs, identifying appropriate methodologies and approaches.
• Develop initiatives and solutions independently, gathering and structuring data and performing analyses to support business decisions.
• Mentor and support junior resources, contributing to their growth.
• Identify potential risks and critical issues, sharing them promptly with the team.
• Collaborate effectively within diverse and international teams.

Winning Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Economics or STEM fields.
• Interest in a consulting environment, supporting colleagues who interact directly with clients.
• Interest in ICT.
• At least two years of experience.
• Knowledge and use of CPM platforms focusing on Data Integration, Oracle, PBCS, Board, and Tagetik.
• Excellent command of English.
