RAIN Group, an award-winning global provider of innovative sales training and performance improvement services, is seeking contract sales training facilitators to add to our expanding team.

This is a part-time, contract role.

Are you an independent sales training facilitator fluent in Italian and English, looking to align with a proven, time-tested sales methodology across a diverse portfolio of training offerings?

We seek dynamic individuals who are experts in training facilitation with experience delivering engaging learning in industries such as technology, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, or professional services.

Do you enjoy working with salespeople, sales managers, and sales leaders to help them unlock their sales potential?

Do you excel at delivering high-energy, impactful, active learning experiences that make participants the focus?

This role involves crafting, delivering, and enabling our solutions in Italy, with potential global engagements. Your main goal will be to drive transformation and results through tailored content and RAIN Group IP via training, coaching, and reinforcement using various delivery methods.

Role Highlights : Collaborate with clients and product teams to deliver programs that achieve client results. This includes customizing content and facilitating sessions, coaching, and reinforcement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering world-class programming to drive client transformation and results.
  • Managing client projects to ensure smooth execution, customization, and timely, budget-conscious delivery.
  • Mastering IP knowledge and serving as an IP expert.
  • Achieving KPIs related to client feedback on programming and facilitation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enable successful delivery.
  • Maintaining professional communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Supporting sales or large-scale projects as needed.
  • Providing feedback to sales, product, marketing, and client results teams.

Desired Skills, Attributes, and Competencies: Candidates should be curious, creative, motivated, and comfortable working in a team. A solid understanding of adult learning theory and experiential techniques is essential.

Additional requirements include :

  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience in facilitation with strong references.
  • Experience selling or leading sales teams.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of instructional design.
  • Ability to connect with all organizational levels with enthusiasm.
  • Quick learner on specific verticals.
  • Receptive to coaching and feedback.
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Access to a major airport hub.
  • Availability for 2-10 days of training per month, excluding travel.
