Clinical Trial Manager

The Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) provides operational expertise and leadership to multiple clinical trial teams, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of all aspects of studies through all phases of clinical management. This is done in accordance with Veristat Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conventions, instructions, and current Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Conference on Harmonization (ICH), and local regulations.

Job Description

The CTM oversees multiple clinical trials, providing leadership and operational expertise to ensure successful study delivery across all phases, in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Supported over 760 rare disease clinical trials
• Supported more than 160 marketing applications
• In 2022, supported 8 marketing applications that received regulatory approval

What We Offer

• The estimated salary range for this role is £50,000 - 60,000 plus bonus, specific to the UK. Final salary depends on skills, experience, and other factors.

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s Degree required; health sciences degrees preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a CRA in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting, with leadership experience.
• Thorough knowledge of clinical operations, development processes, ICH/GCP, and regulatory environment.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and train CRAs.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in therapeutic area knowledge and clinical systems such as EDC, IVRS, CTMS, eTMF.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong problem-solving skills.

Travel up to 30% may be required within the UK, Europe, and internationally. Valid driver’s license needed.
