Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive business development and sales of products
  • Manage relationships with distributors, resellers, local councils, government agencies, corporations, low vision organizations, clinics, and opticians
  • Promote awareness in the low vision ecosystem by collaborating with assistive technology agencies and community organizations
  • Present and demonstrate products to organizations and potential users
  • Participate in marketing activities, events, and trade shows
  • Provide training on device usage, benefits, and value
  • Coordinate daily with team members, provide activity reports, and participate in meetings

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in business development, field sales, customer success, or marketing
  • Comfort working with elderly and people with special needs; experience in low vision industry is a plus
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, customer service, and telephone etiquette skills
  • Self-starter with strong time management; able to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Italy

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales quotas monthly, quarterly, and yearly
  • Gather positive feedback from partners, distributors, colleagues, and customers
