Manufacturing Engineer Manager

The Role

The primary responsibilities involve developing and modifying food processing plants that handle preparation, filling, and packaging processes, with a focus on Energy Management.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Draft project specifications and technical requirements, ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Manage relationships with suppliers, including comparing offers, selecting, and supervising installation, commissioning, and testing of equipment
• Implement performance improvements on existing plants, working closely with other departments to incorporate market needs into development processes

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Energy sector
• Experience with electromechanical systems and technological plants
• Knowledge of Project Management dynamics
• Familiarity with machinery directives and 2D/3D modeling software
• Proficiency in English
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
