Posizione: Closer Vendite Digitali - Settore Fotovoltaico

Join our dynamic team at Tabo, a fast-growing company founded in 2023, dedicated to making photovoltaic solutions faster, more accessible, and transparent. We are scaling rapidly, with a strong digital-first sales model complemented by a physical presence in less digitalized areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the entire sales process via videocall, from initial contact to contract signing.
  2. Conduct qualified lead consultations, guiding interested clients to the best solutions.
  3. Create personalized commercial proposals.
  4. Follow up strategically using CRM, email, and WhatsApp.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators (conversion rate, sales cycle, no-shows, average ticket size) and optimize accordingly.
  6. Collaborate with SDR, Marketing, and Product teams to improve the sales funnel.
Candidate Profile:
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, digital or hybrid.
  • Comfortable with videocalls with end customers.
  • Proficient in G-Suite & CRM tools.
  • Results-oriented, pragmatic, proactive, and fast-paced.
  • Willing to learn and grow with the company.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in energy or B2C sales.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Interest in team-building activities like organizing parties.
