• Develop and manage project schedules, incorporating the full project scope, key milestones, and timelines, using critical path methodology.
• Ensure clear responsibility and ownership of all project outcomes through the use of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology.
• Guarantee the schedule aligns with the project execution plan, including contracting, procurement, and project control strategies.
• Implement a clear process for baselining schedules and managing periodic updates.
• Oversee the fully integrated project schedule and structure it to allow reviews at various levels of detail.
• Facilitate negotiations and mediate timelines and interdependencies between key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in planning and scheduling, with a track record of delivering high-quality work.
• Experience in quantitative risk assessment (QRA) and the ability to interpret and communicate findings to key stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in using Primavera P6 planning software to create and manage schedules.
• A degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction.
• A keen eye for detail with a strong focus on quality.
