Job Description:

Your Tasks

• Lead all steps of Insurance Finance Transformation projects, including ESG, Digitalization, IFRS 17 implementation in SAP, working closely with clients.
• Manage your team in Insurance Finance and SAP solution configuration.
• Support clients in end-to-end processes, analyzing business requirements and translating them into product functionalities.
• Lead implementation or customization of SAP modules such as Group Reporting, S/4 HANA FI-CO, FPSL, and embedded analytics.
• Support and train end users to confidently use the implemented solutions.

Your Profile

• University degree required.
• Over 5 years of experience in management consulting or in-house consulting focusing on insurance finance, accounting, or actuarial functions, with SAP implementation experience in modules like Group Reporting, S/4 HANA FI-CO, FPSL, PaPM, or Embedded Analytics.
• Aspiring to grow and lead a high-performing team.
• Interest in new technologies and applications, transforming them into solutions.
• Comfortable communicating in English within a cross-border team; German proficiency is a plus.
• Willing to travel within Europe.
