Project Engineer Manager-BAT

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement equipment installation in line with production demands;
• Manage budget, procurement, and supplier negotiations;
• Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and environmental regulations;
• Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to optimize processes;
• Oversee reporting and stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering;
• 5+ years of technical field experience;
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Project Management (Prince 2, PMBoK is a plus);
• Strategic, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
