Software and Infrastructure Troubleshooting and Support: Assist users with any application performance issues. Analyze computer network issues and resolve. Perform updates, verify backups, test and evaluate existing network systems. Review various logs and implement solutions as necessary.
Desired Skillset
Previous experience providing internal support of a CPA firm, law firm, or professional services company where the professionals are your customers
At least 5 years’ experience supporting applications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work with all end user skill levels
Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks as necessary
Critical-thinking, problem-solving and time-management skills
SQL database analysis
Ability to document all activities and instructions
