We are looking for an Infrastructure & System Admin to join our IT Department. The main activities will include:

1. Participating in troubleshooting technical issues related to infrastructure components, collaborating with cross-functional teams;
2. Supporting software development teams in optimizing application performance and reliability;
3. Aiding in the implementation of automation processes to streamline tasks and improve efficiency;
4. Analyzing systems and performing usability testing to ensure performance, reliability, scalability, and security;
5. Developing policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access;
6. Educating and communicating security requirements and procedures to users and new employees;
7. Designing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s application systems and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in systems engineering or related roles, preferably in a hybrid infrastructure environment;
• Basic proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration;
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud architecture principles;
• Moderate skills and proficiency in MS Office tools, including MS/O365;
• Experience in performance tuning of SQL databases;
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.
