Join PwC Advisory in our Deals Financial Services team to be at the center of unique professional growth opportunities. In an international, young, dynamic environment with colleagues specialized in various disciplines, you will participate in large-scale extraordinary finance activities and support companies in acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, and accessing global capital markets.

Your Perspectives

You will work alongside shareholders and top management of client companies to solve complex business challenges, from strategy definition to execution.

Specifically, you may support:

• Team FS TS: analyzing management, accounting, and financial data (trend analysis, KPIs, business ratios), monitoring asset quality, margins, working capital, debt, cash flows, and identifying potential risks and opportunities related to operations.
• Team FS V&E: identifying the economic value of companies, business units, industrial projects, and intangible assets; managing valuation processes in extraordinary transactions; preparing and analyzing industrial plans.
• Team FS M&A: sector analysis, company profiling, preparing pitches for origination activities, valuation analyses, business plans, marketing documentation, and executing M&A projects.

Your Unique Strengths

• 1-2 years of experience in Audit, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Services at consulting firms, audit firms, or financial boutiques.
• Strong accounting skills and knowledge of international standards (Italian Gaap and IFRS).
• Skills in financial statement analysis and credit portfolio analysis.
• Familiarity with cash flow calculation methodologies and company valuation methods.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering.
• Authentic digital mindset with solid digital skills.
• Fluent in English, gained through study or work abroad.
• Ability to find innovative solutions to complex projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented.
