For an industrial multinational company, we are looking for a Temporary HR Administrator.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Country Leader, the Temporary HR Administrator will manage HR Admin & Reporting processes for all Italian plants, including multiple legal entities. They will provide local partnership and advice to local managers and employees on Payroll, Time & Attendance, Data Management, and Employee Lifecycle documentation, working closely with other HR team members. The role is based in Vignate, with travel to other Italian sites.
