If you would like to be part of such unique environment, we are looking for an outstanding and super skilled Events Executive.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Transmit the uniqueness of the Resort for events, weddings, corporate groups and MICE, developing and promoting the resources of the location by creating dedicated offers, ensuring the perfect success of the events and the full customer satisfaction;
• Daily contact with Direct Customers and / or intermediaries in order to develop dedicated offers and event confirmation contract;
• Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site events;
• Elaborate “Banquet Event Orders” and conduct weekly meetings for the communication and information of the upcoming events to all the departments;
• Organize the entire logistics of the event, coordinating and strong-cooperating with all the departments involved (F&B, Front Office, Booking, Golf etc ...);
• Manage and keep strong relationship with the suppliers;
• Conduct Site inspection;
• Take care of the cost accounting of the event.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of at least 3 years in the same role, in luxury hospitality world or event organization agencies;
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Empathy, listening skills and adaptability
• Precision and attention to details
• Outstanding communication skills in Italian and English, both verbal and written
• Excellent relational skills with national and international customers with a focus on problem solving;
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work in team;
• Advanced computer skills and detailed knowledge of various computer programs, including a strong proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of PMS and CRM systems
• Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings and bank holidays;
• Driving license B.
• Full time contract in line with CCNL (Italian Collective Bargaining Agreement)
• Meals provided both when on duty and on days off

• Continuous training to improve personal and professional skills
• Participation in events reserved for Castelfalfi team members

This research is addressed to candidates of both genders with reference to Italian Law 903/77 and Law 125/91.

This position is based in (FI), Tuscany. Availability of staff accommodation upon request. Candidates should have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
