Aptar is seeking a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst based in Aptar Italy or Spain. The role involves developing and implementing Commercial Excellence processes through CRM and other systems, supporting Aptar’s customer centricity journey and profitable growth. The analyst will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure best practices are shared across regions and segments.

The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst will report to the Global CE Director.

As a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst, you will:
  • Develop the Internal Commercial Mindset
  • Optimize the Customer Experience
  • Develop, maintain and standardize reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projection, Customer Dashboards)
  • Manage customer database activities including business requirements, contacts, contracts, and pipeline opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to CRM and pipeline management best practices
  • Collaborate with internal IS teams to improve systems
  • Support Contract Management activities
  • Assist in sales training and support internal system key users
Education:
  • Bachelor of Business degree required
Required Skills:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Sales Analysis with strong CRM expertise; experience in Sales, Marketing, or Pricing is beneficial
  • Experience in sales effectiveness projects and supporting global programs
  • Leadership skills and team collaboration
  • Ability to analyze large datasets
Skills:
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with multicultural teams
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (SAP, QlikView, Power BI)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
