Job Description

1. Manage energy storage operation and maintenance project performance (KPIs and key tasks)
2. Control costs and budgets for energy storage operation and maintenance projects
3. Improve internal control and service quality of energy storage projects
4. Develop and implement process and digital system construction for energy storage operations
5. Manage key projects related to energy storage service
6. Build and foster a cross-cultural team environment

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's or master's degree or above, preferably in science and technology, power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation
2. Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to make accurate judgments and respond effectively in complex or urgent situations
3. Excellent leadership skills to motivate, guide, and manage a professional operation and maintenance team
4. Minimum of 10 years' experience in operation and maintenance, with a basic understanding of the new energy market
5. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
6. Ability to clarify team goals, allocate tasks effectively, and promote collaboration
7. Sales experience in the power battery, electrical appliance industry, or new energy sector is preferred
8. Willingness to travel overseas; overseas experience is a plus
