Working in the product & tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in product teams in an agile environment, collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (x/f/m) located in Milan to join the Clinical and Financial domain.

Your mission will be to work in our Italian Medical Center team, developing Vettore Medical.

Your responsibilities include:

• Understanding users' problems & needs across several countries using qualitative and quantitative data
• Analyzing the competitive landscape, business, and technical context through benchmarking and research
• Defining the vision and owning the product strategy of your responsible product(s)
• Building a prioritized roadmap and product plan to deliver this vision, considering Doctolib’s growth plan
• Explaining and convincing stakeholders about your choices
• Leading project execution from problem definition to rollout and impact analysis
• Defining project specifications and ensuring key product management processes for health data security
• Working cross-functionally with development, research, design, and data teams in an agile environment
• Contributing to the growth of the product team through knowledge sharing and process improvements

Who you are

• At least 5 years in Product Management with direct product ownership experience
• Strong analytical mindset based on data and customer needs
• Experience developing and launching products in a B2B environment
• User-centric approach and close to customer needs
• Fluent in English and Italian (C1 level or higher)
• Experience working in an international environment
• Ambitious with an entrepreneurial mindset to transform healthcare
