Job Opportunity: Buyer

MAW S.p.A. Divisione Search & Selection, Polo di Pescara, is seeking a Buyer for a company specialized in designing and implementing photovoltaic systems. The candidate will join our Purchasing team and will be directly reporting to the Purchasing Manager.

Responsibilities include:

1. Negotiating commercial terms with suppliers regarding prices, payment methods, discounts, and delivery times;
2. Creating Requisitions (RdO) based on electrical and mechanical project analysis;
3. Preparing purchase orders according to project needs;
4. Issuing orders through the company's management system;
5. Constantly updating price lists and monitoring the prices of key components.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred;
• At least 2 years of experience in technical procurement;
• Organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Strong negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
• Good command of the English language;
• Experience in managing procurement, warehouse, and distribution processes.

Work Location: Pescara

Contract Type: Permanent contract with salary based on experience. Welfare package and bonuses included.

Availability: Monday to Friday
