Our client is a leading company specialized in the construction of filling and closing lines and processing plants for the food and beverage industry.

Position: After Sales Business Manager

We are seeking a talented After Sales Business Manager who will report to the Aftermarket Manager. The role is based at the company's headquarters in Parma, with frequent travel and business trips.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Undertake proactive communication with customers to anticipate and resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular customer audits and visits; define maintenance contracts, proactively identifying and addressing potential problems.
  • Engage in preventative maintenance and upgrades.
  • Promote new products or services, providing customers with the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Pursue high levels of customer satisfaction, prevent churn, build stronger relationships, and retain customers.
  • Ensure achievement of business targets (invoicing and margins) for the Aftermarket Division (service, spare parts, retrofits).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Develop partnerships and strategic alliances to enhance service offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer service initiatives with business growth objectives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a technical subject (mechanics, automation, etc.).
  • Proven experience in customer service management and business development.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of driving team performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer engagement tools is a plus.
  • Ability to identify trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.
