Position: HR Support

We are urgently seeking an HR Support for a permanent position within a structured company in the food sector.

Activities:

• Support HR in various activities, including attendance entry, managing holidays and permits, handling illnesses and injuries, drafting disciplinary letters, and front office duties for employees.
• Support for attendance reconciliation, excluding payroll activities which are managed by a dedicated team at the central office.
• As the HR function develops and reorganizes, the candidate should possess interpersonal skills to interact with department managers and plant management.

Requirements:

• Degree in a field related to Human Resources management.
• Previous experience in a similar role within industrial production contexts.
• Flexibility, promptness, and organizational autonomy after an initial training period.

Additional Info:

Full-time hours from 8:30 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. An internal canteen is available. Salary will be commensurate with experience and market standards.
