Job Farm for Azienda, operating in the Tech sector and specializing in automating personnel management processes, is seeking a Payroll Specialist.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete payroll management for a client portfolio: processing payslips, compliance with authorities, and mandatory communications;
2. Direct assistance to assigned companies;
3. Collaboration with the product team for continuous improvement of the HR software;
4. At least 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing (end-to-end payroll cycle);
5. Experience in autonomously managing clients;
6. Good knowledge of the Commercial and Metalworking CCNL;
7. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
8. Interest in innovation within HR processes and a proactive attitude towards change;
9. Gross annual salary between €24,000 and €27,000, to be evaluated based on the candidate's experience;
10. Daily meal vouchers worth €8;
11. Fully remote work, with no territorial restrictions;
