Are you a dynamic sales hunter with a passion for delivering high-value solutions to industrial customers? In collaboration with our R&D and innovation teams, you seek business development in your respective segment of Engineering Materials. You will grow your customer portfolio, ensure customer satisfaction, contribute to the company's growth strategy, and have the opportunity to increase our circular solutions.

Your responsibilities:
  • Define prospecting targets and develop new customer portfolios in your market segment (Electric & Electronics or Consumer & Industrial Goods), including healthcare, sport & Leisure, home power tools, water management.
  • Manage key customer relationships, including contract negotiations, closing deals (product choice, pricing, service), handling customer complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Develop and deploy commercial plans and activities. Create forecasts to enable inventory management, financial performance, and service level achievement.
  • Support innovation, facilitate product launches, and coordinate new application developments at targeted accounts.
How will you get there :

You should own a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent, with international sales experience. Fluency in English and Italian is required.

You should demonstrate the following skills:

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of sales management methods and techniques
  • Working knowledge of customer service databases and tools
  • Awareness of Engineering Material products or Thermoplastics
  • Ability to think strategically and lead
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
