We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team, working remotely or from our Pordenone, Italy office.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain current product knowledge and support sales programs.
  2. Develop new business with Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs.
  3. Engage with various customer departments including engineering, sourcing, operations, and quality.
  4. Present product information, project updates, and technical training to customers.
  5. Document market and customer insights and relay feedback internally.
  6. Assist marketing efforts by monitoring market trends and regulatory activities.
  7. Support team members in achieving KPIs.
  8. Participate in trade shows and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or R&D.
  • Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressors.
  • Understanding of compressor applications and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.
  • Motivated, self-sufficient, able to manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • Experience with Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, OEMs is a plus.
  • Chinese language skills are beneficial but not required.
