Position: Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Remote

Company Overview

CyberDart is the first Bug Bounty Platform as a Service, designed to make cybersecurity accessible to all companies, not just large corporations. We help businesses protect their systems through a network of Ethical Hackers, turning Bug Bounty into an essential cybersecurity practice. As a rapidly growing startup, we are looking for a Junior SDR to expand our market presence and generate new business opportunities.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Identify and contact companies potentially interested in our platform.
  2. Engage in outreach activities via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to create connections and generate opportunities.
  3. Qualify leads and schedule sales calls with our sales team.
  4. Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation strategies.
  5. Use CRM tools to track interactions with prospects.

  • Fixed salary of €1200/month + €150 bonus for each scheduled Demo Call with a potential client (P.IVA).

Candidate Profile
  • Experience (including junior) in sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills and sales predisposition.
  • Proactivity and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and outreach techniques (LinkedIn, cold email, etc.) is a plus.
  • Interest in cybersecurity and technology sectors.
