A PR & Marketing Executive plays a vital role in supporting the Line Manager to achieve key objectives aligned with the annual marketing and PR plan, current initiatives, and activities. The team focuses on integrating all functions to meet commercial targets. The role involves managing projects related to marketing, media relations, internal communications, and administrative duties.
What will I be doing?
As a PR & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, promote offers to target markets, and support hotel business needs. Your tasks will include:
- Assisting in delivering marketing and PR campaigns, monitoring their performance, and reporting results.
- Supporting promotional activities, maintaining media libraries, and developing collateral.
- Promoting hotel marketing activities to the media, including food, beverage, rooms, and events.
- Handling internal communications, including press releases, newsletters, speeches, and media interviews.
- Organizing media relations activities such as familiarization trips, media visits, and managing press coverage archives.
- Managing social media activities, responding to customer postings, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
- Supporting content management across digital channels and developing reports on marketing activities.
- Maintaining databases, reviewing website content, and conducting competitive analysis.
- Ensuring all marketing content and archives are up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
- Participating in crisis communication and supporting the team in various projects within budget constraints.
Developing Talent
