Job Summary
Implement and maintain the Quality Management System based on set goals, in accordance with planned and projected costs, customer requirements, statistical/analytical tools, product audits, and other methodologies. Ensure ISO EN 9001:2015 system management and its effectiveness, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
• Drive behaviors and actions necessary to develop and promote a quality culture.
• Manage and maintain the Quality System according to ISO EN 9001 requirements and relevant legislation.
• Represent the management system as the person responsible for Quality.
• Ensure required product quality using quality methodologies and techniques.
• Provide weekly/monthly QA plant key performance reports.
• Monitor the Cost of Poor Quality and implement measures to reduce internal and external quality costs and incident rates.
• Lead team validation of the QM system through periodic internal audits to verify effectiveness.
• Lead validation of all process inputs/outputs with proper records to meet ISO 9001 standards.
• Analyze process/product risks and implement countermeasures.
• Oversee calibration processes and control calibration expenses.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, requirements, and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Have the authority to represent management and liaise with suppliers and customers regarding quality issues.
• Have the authority to stop production if products do not meet design or customer requirements.
• Lead internal validation of products and processes.
• Revise, monitor, and improve internal documentation related to the quality management system.
• Monitor plant KPIs and adherence to targets.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Quality Engineering, Occupational Quality/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience leading quality initiatives and implementing quality systems at a plant level.
• Certified Auditor/Lead Auditor for EN ISO 9001 standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Lean culture and behavior; Green Belt certification is advantageous.
• Fluent in the local language and English.
• Valid driving license - B category.
