A PR & Marketing Executive plays a vital role in supporting the Line Manager to achieve key objectives aligned with the annual marketing and PR plan, current initiatives, and relevant activities. The team is integral in uniting various functions to meet commercial targets. The role involves managing projects related to marketing, media relations, internal communications, and administrative duties.

What will I be doing?

As a PR & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing the hotel's marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, communicate promotions, and address business needs. Your tasks will include:

  1. Supporting marketing and PR campaigns: Coordinate and monitor ongoing campaigns, report performance, and assist in developing promotional materials.
  2. Media relations and content creation: Maintain media libraries, promote hotel activities to media, support internal communications, and organize media events and familiarization trips.
  3. Social media and online presence: Manage social media activities, ensure brand consistency, and respond to customer postings.
  4. Content management and reporting: Oversee content across channels, develop reports, and analyze marketing activities.
  5. Relationship building: Develop relationships with hotel departments, external agencies, media, community, and government officials.
  6. Administrative and project support: Maintain archives, assist with crisis communications, and support marketing projects within budget.
