We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Order Administrator to play a key role in supporting our manufacturing operations. You will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of materials, components, and services in line with contractual agreements—helping us maintain project schedules and ensure seamless supply chain continuity.
You will take ownership of specific component categories, managing the full process from initial analysis and purchase order issuance to supplier communication and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role
- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to track order status and address delays.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and proactively propose mitigation actions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, administration, quality) to align delivery schedules.
- Support suppliers in solving delivery issues (logistical bottlenecks, documentation, compliance).
- Provide regular status updates and reports to Procurement Managers.
- Ensure adherence to contractual delivery terms and escalate issues when necessary.
- Monitor the trend of components consumption to ensure the production
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems (JGal, Oracle).
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications And Experience
- Experience working in a large-multinational organization.
- Additional languages are a plus.
