Horstmann Hotels Group is seeking a Hotel Receptionist for the 2025 season at its hotels on Lake Garda. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to be the face of our hotels, providing excellent guest service and ensuring a memorable experience. The key responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling guest requests, and supporting management in resolving complaints. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service. Experience and background should be adequate, but the ability to work with passion and proficiency during busy seasonal periods is more important.

Minimum requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
2. Fluent in English and German
3. Proficient in MS Office
4. Knowledge of Ericsoft business software is a plus
