The role of a City Property Manager (Hospitality) is to oversee and manage a portfolio of short- and medium-term rental apartments in Milan. This position requires balancing multiple responsibilities, including managing relationships with property owners, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating maintenance and repairs.

This role involves administrative tasks such as creating schedules, preparing reports, and communicating with clients. The successful candidate will ensure properties are well-maintained and meet high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of short- and medium-term rental apartments
  • Develop strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
