Your Tasks with Us:
  1. Represent our dynamic hotel group with passion, focusing on Premium hotels and an urban boutique hotel in the Italian market, developing Corporate & MICE segments in South Tyrol.
  2. Serve as the main contact for local companies and MICE agencies interested in accommodations in Bozen, developing and managing regional and corporate partnerships.
  3. Implement and optimize a sales strategy for Falkensteiner Hotel Bozen, focusing on local MICE, event agencies, and corporate segments.
  4. Establish parameters, quotes, negotiate prices, and confirm contracts in writing.
  5. Identify new partners for Incentives and Sports groups during summer and winter seasons.
  6. Coordinate with HQV Vienna to propose packages and promotions aligned with the hotel’s positioning.
  7. Manage key accounts and strategic clients to achieve sales targets and generate new business, including contract negotiations.
  8. Represent the hotel at trade fairs, workshops, and client events.
  9. Organize sales trips, calls, and familiarization trips.
  10. Maintain account details and activities within CRM and other software tools.
  11. Ensure high-quality sales data to support effective campaigns and revenue growth.
  12. Monitor market trends and competitors.
  13. Develop and maintain a database of potential clients.
  14. Promote private dining, conferences, events, and corporate functions to grow business.
What You Bring:
  1. At least 5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in the Bozen area.
  2. A passion for the premium lifestyle hotel sector.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  6. Proactive attitude and a 'can-do' spirit.
  7. Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
  8. Analytical capabilities.
  9. Motivated, positive, and responsible.
  10. Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
  11. Based in South Tyrol, ideally in Bozen.
  12. Experience in managing events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  13. Ability to manage workload independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Salary is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, with willingness to pay above standard depending on experience.
