You will report initially to Ben, our VP Sales, then to our Head of Sales Europe.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle (6-12 months): from opportunity detection to drafting compelling offers.
- Inbound (70-80%): Drive and optimize the pipeline of inbound, product-qualified leads for n8n's self-hosted Enterprise plans (Company size: under 500 employees; Deal size: €50-200K ARR).
- Outbound (20-30%): Test innovative outbound strategies to build a sustainable leads pipeline.
- Develop strategic relationships: Cultivate relationships with decision-makers in DevOps, engineering, and IT, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Enhance sales efficiency: Develop and improve sales processes, infrastructure, and collateral.
- Collaborate on product improvement: Work with the product team to incorporate customer feedback.
Key Success Factors
- Handle 500 inbound leads per month
- Support from solution consultants and the product team
- Leverage a strong community, with around 50% inbound leads already product qualified
Requirements
- At least 6 years of sales experience in a software company
- Experience closing 4-5 figure deals
- Highly tech-savvy; experience selling tech products or to tech teams; coding or engineering background preferred
- Ability to identify growth opportunities, plan, and execute independently
- Proven outbound sales track record
- Experience with open source, developer tools, PLG companies, or startups at Series A/B stage; familiarity with IT Operations, cybersecurity teams

- Native German speaker, fluent in English
- Based in Europe; visa sponsorship available for Germany
