Job Description

The selected candidate will join the Facility Management & Services EESM function, within the Human Resources area, managing workspace organization and related facility management services at the company's headquarters and operational sites of the EESM Division.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Space Management & Space Planning: managing and designing spaces in line with business needs and organizational developments, including redevelopment, renovation, and property management projects.
  2. Managing facility management services (Soft and Hard) by activating and monitoring service levels with dedicated suppliers.
  3. Planning and controlling costs/investments for the function.
  4. Renegotiating service contracts in collaboration with the Procurement Department, defining technical-functional specifications, and evaluating suppliers.
  5. Supporting audit activities and managing compliance with quality, health & safety, and environmental standards in coordination with the HSEQ department.
Ideal Profile
  • Five-year degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in General Services and/or Facility Management.
  • Solid experience managing facilities and services in medium to large companies (>300 employees).
