Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to lead our audio production team and oversee the creation of engaging shows that retain listeners across all stages, from initial release to extensions.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to produce high-quality shows.
2. Analyzing show performance and conducting root cause analysis for listener drop-offs.
3. Managing production schedules, overseeing recording sessions, and coordinating sound engineers and post-production.
4. Leading all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes.
5. Collaborating with content teams to plan resources based on the content pipeline.
6. Contributing innovative ideas regarding sound design, production processes, and final output.
7. Providing feedback to help host talent reach their potential.
8. Working with Category and Program Managers to manage P&L, including talent relations.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Native Italian and fluent English language skills.
• Background in audio work is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production and innovation.
• Strategic thinker with creative and project management skills.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with talent and talent reps.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working with diverse backgrounds.

Location: Anywhere in Italy (Remote)
