Your Role

As a Founding Partner, you will:

• Co-develop the firm’s strategic direction, positioning, and service offerings
• Lead or co-lead executive-level client engagements across sectors
• Drive business development and nurture trusted relationships with clients and partners
• Represent Magellano Partners in strategic alliances, public platforms, and key discussions
• Contribute to building a high-integrity, entrepreneurial consulting culture

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• 10+ years in consulting, strategy, or executive leadership roles
• A strong network in Italy — in sectors such as tech, finance, industry, or public institutions
• Experience in growth strategy, transformation, or operational scaling
• Active consulting engagements or existing client relationships
• A mindset focused on entrepreneurship, co-creation, and long-term value
• Comfort with ambiguity, shared ownership, and results-driven collaboration
