Job Opening: Project Manager - HVAC Mechanical Systems

Ali Professional is seeking a Project Manager for a leading company specializing in the design and installation of HVAC mechanical systems for industrial clients in sectors such as Advanced Technology, Data Centers, and Pharma.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design to installation and commissioning, coordinating internal staff and subcontractors, and liaising with clients and project management.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate internal and external personnel for design review and verification
2. Plan and monitor organizational and operational project schedules
3. Analyze tender specifications and contractual requirements
4. Research and select suppliers, materials, and specialized labor
5. Conduct economic analysis of the project and oversee cost accounting
6. Monitor project progress against timelines, costs, and quality standards
7. Manage relationships with clients and subcontractors alongside the Construction Manager
8. Coordinate commissioning and start-up activities of the systems

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or degree
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and preferably BIM tools
• Knowledge of thermotechnical system design
• Understanding of relevant industry regulations
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
• Willingness to travel

Location & Work Hours:

Office: Milanofiori Assago (MI) + site visits across Italy

Working hours: 8:15 am - 5:15 pm with flexible scheduling
