Ali Spa, a recruitment and selection company, is seeking a Customer Service Outbound employee for a major automotive brand.

Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively contact customers and potential clients to promote products or services.
  2. Gather feedback and useful information to improve customer experience.
  3. Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals.
  4. Handle incoming customer calls courteously and professionally.
  5. Provide accurate information about the company's products or services.
  6. Resolve customer requests promptly and satisfactorily.
  7. Accurately record and update customer information in the system.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to manage delicate situations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is an advantage.
Offer:
  • Ongoing training and support.
  • 6-month fixed-term contract with the aim of permanent hiring.
  • Gross annual salary: €23,000 - €24,000.
  • Level 5 of the Commercial CCNL.
