We are currently seeking a Junior Trade Marketing Manager for our Milan office to assist the Senior Trade Marketing Manager in implementing trade strategies for Dompé's Primary and Specialty Care across Wholesalers, Networks, and Retailers.

Responsibilities :
  1. Support the Senior Trade Marketing Manager in defining the Trade Plan of Clients with channel objectives, investments, execution priorities, and related Budget;
  2. Execute analysis and evaluation of market and client data to define annual trade policies and operational plans for clients (Wholesalers, Networks, and Retailers);
  3. Drive segmentation and targeting based on geography and market potential to maximize sell-out results;
  4. Support the execution of trade plans on clients;
  5. Assist in planning and implementing online and offline communication initiatives aligned with brand objectives and guidelines;
  6. Maintain and cultivate strong client relationships to reinforce partnerships;
  7. Support Field Force in managing relationships with Wholesalers, Networks, and Retailers;
  8. Provide internal reports and proposals, collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams;
  9. Contribute to the allocation and tracking of trade marketing expenses to optimize resource use across campaigns and clients;
  10. Interact proactively with Drug Safety in reporting suspected adverse reactions;
  11. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal codes of conduct, including Legislative Decree 231/01;
  12. Maintain adherence to occupational safety, hygiene, and environmental protection procedures within the area of responsibility.
Qualifications :
  1. Degree in Economics or equivalent;
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing within structured companies;
  3. Experience in international contexts, preferably in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, nutrition, or cosmetics.
Required Skills :
  1. Excellent knowledge of English;
  2. Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
