Job Description:

As Post Sales Technician for Home Appliances Solutions products, you will act as the main contact point for the authorized Service Center, providing product knowledge, handling pending repair cases, and offering technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve product-related issues.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing technical assistance and training to Service Centers via phone, email, or in person.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting product issues and offering effective solutions.
  • Managing SVC KPIs related to the Home Appliances Solutions Network.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the company's ERP system.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
  • Supporting the Network Manager in skill development strategies.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Maintaining contact with EU and Global Headquarters.
  • Collaborating with other Service departments.
  • Working with the sales team to ensure seamless post-sales support.
  • Following up on quality issues in cooperation with factories and headquarters.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the home appliances industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of home appliances.
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
