We are seeking a highly motivated Country Manager to lead and develop our local operations, coordinate a network of external legal collaborators, and ensure the highest service standards are met as we continue to grow.
Purpose of the Role
Manage, coordinate, and expand our legal services activities in Portugal, supervising external consultants, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the business development and growth of the region.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of external legal consultants across Portugal.
Daily coordination and tracking of client case management.
Ensuring full compliance with internal service standards, case management protocols, and response times.
Managing and resolving operational and client service issues locally.
Preparing regular activity, quality, and performance reports for the headquarters.
Identifying and supporting local business development initiatives and partnerships.
Acting as the primary operational point of contact between external consultants and headquarters.

Education
Law Degree (preferably with a focus on Immigration, International, or related fields).
Experience
5+ years in legal practice or consultancy within immigration, mobility, or relocation sectors.
Previous experience managing teams or legal projects will be highly valued.
Languages
Fluent Spanish, and high-level English proficiency.
Technical Skills
Strong command of digital platforms for client and case management (CRM systems, task/project management tools).
