Specifically, when you join the Business Transformation team in Milan, you will be part of a fast-growing team full of talent, characterized by the quality and impact of its transformative projects.

You will be involved in major discontinuity projects for leading national and international clients, working directly with top management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Rethinking operating models of key business functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) through organizational and operational levers to improve business performance aligned with strategies.
  2. Supporting organizational redesign and process re-engineering initiatives through change management pathways, providing levers to address change and fully unlock its potential.
  3. Evaluating impacts and benefits of initiatives, monitoring performance pre- and post-transformation, and developing targeted plans to address gaps.

Skills - Come As You Are: Your skills and characteristics

This is a great opportunity if you have:

  • A master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or Management Engineering.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage complex tasks.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Proficiency in English, ideally with international study or work experience.
