An established industry player is seeking a dedicated technical support specialist with a strong background in electrical engineering. This role involves providing essential pre-sales and after-sales support, assisting customers with fault analysis, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate with various departments, report product issues, and travel to deliver on-site training to distributors. 1. Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for the sales team.
2. Assist customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email.
3. Analyze related data to improve data accuracy and customer satisfaction.
4. Communicate with other departments and report product issues promptly.
5. Travel to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers.
6. Attend industry conferences and events.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
1. Background in science; major in electricity & electrical engineering preferred.
2. At least three years of relevant work experience; renewable energy industry experience preferred.
3. Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, and strong resilience under pressure.
4. Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and good customer service awareness.
