Oracle HCM System Analyst - Cloud

An exciting new position has arisen for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Systems Analyst to join a market-leading end-user organization based in Europe.

As the Senior Oracle HCM System Analyst, you will join a global HR systems team, focusing on HCM Cloud, managing data, configuration, change requests, system support, and engagement across the user community.

Europe based - Candidates will be based remotely, with occasional travel.

Locations considered include Germany, Poland, France, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Sweden.

Requirements:

1. Strong hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
2. System administration experience on Oracle Cloud HCM.
3. Core Oracle HCM experience, ideally with at least two modules (e.g., HR, Talent, Recruitment).
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
