We are looking for a passionate talent to build a global brand.

The candidate will join the Talent People Management Department, located in Milan.

Role: HR Business Partner

You will play a pivotal role in supporting talent acquisition and HR management activities in the assigned retail area.

This candidate should work closely with management to provide onboarding and training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement and business results.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Organize and oversee the external and internal recruitment process, in line with specific business requirements; assist with hiring procedures, such as document collection and data entry into the HR management system.
  2. Provide support to the Payroll & Administration Team for administrative issues.
  3. Onboard new employees.
  4. Assist management in conflict resolution.
  5. Support the implementation of training plans and oversee mandatory training for retail employees.
  6. Monitor deadlines, such as contract expirations, probation periods, and required documentation.
  7. Support in managing organizational changes, mitigating people-related risks, optimizing costs, and participating in the salary review process in collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits Team.
  8. Facilitate the implementation of special projects in retail by providing support to Area Managers.
  9. Maintain a strong partnership with Area Managers and the Business Retail Team.
  10. Collect and maintain HR data and reports.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • About 3 years of HR experience in a multinational or complex environment.
  • Fashion luxury retail experience is considered a plus.
  • Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proficient knowledge of employment and labor laws.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Capable of performing under pressure and meeting demanding deadlines.
  • Availability to travel for business.
