Job Description

The Position: As Engagement Manager, Global Operational Pricing Excellence, you will work with customers to understand their needs, develop project plans, and coordinate activities. You will lead projects focusing on operational aspects of the pricing function—processes, organization, systems, and tools. Building on internal knowledge and expertise, you will ensure project delivery aligns with schedule, quality, and value expectations. You will oversee and guide a team of consultants, lead analysis on operational pricing efficiency, identify gaps, and propose improvements. Initially, you will support final deliverables and provide feedback to team members.

This role offers growth opportunities, including contributing to business development through proposal development for new and existing clients. The position is home-based, full-time, preferably located in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, or Poland, with the candidate legally eligible to work in the EU or UK.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage teams, including internal and external resources, in designing, developing, and delivering analyses and deliverables.
  • Follow-up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction.
  • Leverage business experience to identify strategic options and project approaches.
  • Conduct client interviews to gather insights and evaluate pricing maturity to inform improvement strategies.
  • Deepen knowledge of operational pricing methodologies and pharmaceutical markets through on-the-job training.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop proposals and marketing collateral.
  • Support business development by leveraging client relationships to promote EVERSANA’s services.
  • Maintain high attention to detail, with strong English communication skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for compelling presentations.
  • Publish and present thought leadership in the field.
Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in operational consulting (e.g., PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, etc.).
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and projects, own analyses, and develop deliverables.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and make business recommendations.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-20%.
