Position Details:

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for an international 4-star resort in Pizzo Calabro, specializing in Horeca. The role involves managing internal outlets, supervising staff, handling procurement, and overseeing budgets.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple restaurant outlets, including à la carte and buffet services.
  • Supervise and coordinate staff of approximately 40 employees.
  • Plan work shifts, train staff, and assign tasks.
  • Handle procurement, supplier relations, and inventory management.
  • Manage food and labor costs.
  • Coordinate with the Chef on menu planning.
  • Prepare budgets and internal reports.
Candidate Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in resorts or large hotel structures.
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing guest complaints and high-profile clients.
  • Good knowledge of Food & Beverage operations.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English.
Work Details:

Full-time, 40 hours/week, on 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week.

Contract and Benefits:
  • Fixed-term contract until October 31, 2025.
  • Salary: €40,000 RAL plus 15% performance bonus.
  • Accommodation in a single room, access to the on-site gym, and meals provided.
