Competenze

• 3+ years’ experience in DCS software application development, especially Siemens PCS7.
• Good knowledge of various bus communication protocols like Ethernet and ModbusTCP.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute DCS software applications for WtE Plants.
• Configure networking devices and perform factory acceptance testing.

Descrizione del lavoro

Engineering and execution of DCS software application development for WtE Plants:

1. Programming from scratch, reprogramming, and updating of Siemens PCS7 mainly.
2. Reviewing technical specifications and RfQ documentation to ensure accuracy, conformance with codes, and client specifications.
3. Configuration of networking devices (Managed Switches, Routers, DMZ Routers, Firewalls).
4. Initial setup and configuration of industrial PCs.
5. Factory Acceptance Testing and commissioning of hardware and software, including Safety Instrumented Systems, both on-site and remote.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years’ experience in DCS software application development (Siemens PCS7).
2. Good knowledge of IT and various bus communication protocols (Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet, ModbusTCP, IEC104, OPC).
3. Ability to work under stress and proactiveness.
4. Commissioning and operational experience is an advantage.
5. Good knowledge of English language.
