As a Junior Editor, you will enhance the onboard experience by managing publication content for guests. You will collaborate with teams to ensure clear communication about events and activities, while also digitalizing materials for interactive displays. This role requires strong teamwork, language skills, and a passion for communication.

Your life on board: As a Junior Editor, you will manage the style, layout, and content of our onboard publication for both digital and print formats. The goal is to ensure clear communication to guests about events, entertainment, and available outlets, aligning with our target audience to enhance their onboard experience.
Demonstrate your passion: Show your teamwork skills by assisting the Main Editor to optimize and verify menus contents and cruise advertisements (e.g., all diets, gluten- and lactose-free products). You will translate contents related to the daily cruise to engage our guests onboard (entertainment activities, shows, etc.). You will collaborate with different departments and publish the daily onboard activities to support our guests in living a memorable experience.
You digitalize the Daily Programs, Menus, and Tour Magazines to make them available on interactive screens.
Getting Things Right: You reduce waste by responsibly using paper, toner, and inkjets.
Safety First: You take care of materials and equipment to ensure accurate, reliable, and efficient service. You contribute to guaranteeing a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
What makes you unique: You have at least a bachelor's degree in marketing or digital and communication marketing (copywriting). Graphic Design studies are welcome. You master English or Italian at least at C1 level. Our guests are international, so you also speak a third and preferably a fourth language at B2 level, such as French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese Mandarin. You have knowledge of MS Office, Creative Cloud, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. You are flexible and problem-solving oriented. If you already have experience as a seafarer, that's even better!
