Position Summary:

GA is seeking an

• Lawyer (2-4 PQE) specializing in Commercial and Corporate law – M&A transactions - International contracts.

As well as possessing excellent academic credentials and legal knowledge, the ideal candidate is also business-minded, and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges.

Excellent oral and written communication skills will be major assets - enabling you to negotiate effectively, and to seamlessly manage the flow of information between practice groups, clients and stakeholders. You should also demonstrate a collaborative approach and an ease interacting with a wide range of legal and business professionals. Proactive and self-motivated, you should be eager to take ownership of your work product and demonstrate the skill, talent and commitment to deliver outstanding results.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law obtained in the ordinary time with excellent grade and Master’s thesis in a subject related to commercial law / private international law
• 1-3 years experience gained in commercial and corporate law, in judicial and extrajudicial contexts
• Solid preparation in commercial law and corporate contracting
• Strong interest in providing corporate assistance to Italian and foreign clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency level in English.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Duties and Accountabilities:

• Doctrinal and case law research.
• Due diligence activities and draft of due diligence reports.
• Draft of legal documents and legal opinions in the field of Corporate and Commercial law, M&A transactions and International Contracts
• All-around legal assistance to companies on different market segments.
